FIRST COURSE AUTUMN SALAD
Arugula, grilled fennel, orange segments, house smoked beets, goat cheese, toasted brown sugar walnuts, dried cranberries and an orange vinaigrette ($9 a la carte)


SECOND COURSE BEER-MUSTARD PORK CHOPS
Boneless pork ribeye chops, grilled and finished with an Oktoberfest beer mustard sauce, served with sautéed potato dumplings and bacon braised red cabbage with Julienne  Brussels sprouts ($26 a la carte)


TWO COURSES WITH WINE PAIRINGS $46
First Course: Carl Graff Riesling (Germany)
Second Course: High Note Malbec (Argentina)

Specialty tacos and tequila cocktails menu, 5-10PM

 

Wednesday Wing Night

Ten for $10, with choice of one sauce or dry rub:  Hot, SUPER Hot, BBQ, Teriyaki, Lemon Pepper-Garlic, Cajun Dry Rub, Jamaican Jerk Sauce, Thai Chili, Jamaican Jerk Rub and Jack Daniel’s Glaze.  5-10PM

 

Thursday Smokehouse Dinner Night

Half rack ribs, pulled pork, hot smoked salmon filet finished on grill, your choice of Texas dry rub, house BBQ, or Jack Daniels, Carolina sauce, and choice two sides:  Coleslaw, baked beans, pasta salad, house-made potato chips, or mashed potatoes.  1-3 meat options:  One $17, two $26, three $35.  5-10PM

 

Fish Friday Night

Comes with boiled corn on the cob, herb potato hash and a side of herb citrus butter sauce.  Choose 1, or a combo of 2 or 3:  Breaded Fried Oysters with spiced remoulade (6), Sauteed shrimp (6), Breaded Fried Shrimp (5), or the Catch of the Day.  $18 single, $26 combo of 2 fish, $35 combo of 3 fish.  5-10PM

Traditional roasted turkey with gravy

House smoked pit ham with beer mustard sauce

Grilled salmon with a honey, mustard, cranberry reduction

Spinach & roasted butternut squash lasagna
